Hola everyone!
So Fili&Lino is going to have a pretty big even in the next three months. Our problem now is the booth display (beside our other main problem: production itself!). I've been lurking all over the web, and I'm in love with wire baskets or wire display. Something like this, this, or this. The problem is, I don't know where to find it in Jakarta! I've been to various shops and nope. The closest thing to these are at Scoop, but the wire basket there is so damn expensive!
And you may already know that IKEA is now open in Jakarta (well, Banten Province to be exact). So I thought, why not try find something there, especially when I pretty much fed up with Ace Hardware and Informa. And I found some stuff that I really like: a brand new RISATORP trolley (it's not even on their cataloge and website yet). Believe me, it's pretty big, not like in the photo. Pretty pricey, it's almost IDR 1 million (80USD) here, but I can imagine it will look pretty nice with our pouches etc. I'm also thinking of having one of their LACK long low table, for additional display if needed.
So, any idea where I can find an affordable wire basket here? And any thought about our product display? Where can I find good quality stuff for display that doesn't kill our bank account?
Lino
ps: HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR! XIN NIAN KUAI LE!

Bazaar!
Hola!
Fili&Lino here, reporting the bazaar that we just had three weeks ago.
So for the first time, we were at an office bazaar, means a bazaar in a office (duh?) that went for three days. We would like to share some photos and little bit stories behind our first bazaar. Since we knew we're going to be at a bazaar, we already prepared some stocks and (finally!) bought a knock down shelf for product display. In the beginning, we only planned to be at one bazaar, but we ended up being at two different bazaars, with only three days preparation between bazaars!
Without too much talking, here are some photos!

Random Rambling Sunday: Stands!
Dear fellow Crafters,
Sorry we still haven't prepared any new tutorials or post about stuffs that we made. However, there are pretty much lots of interesting stuffs that we are going to make. Hopefully in our next post,we can share a little bit about those stuffs :D
For our third Random Rambling Sunday series, I would like to share some photos from events where we took part.
The first one is our first bazaar in a hospital. We were pretty crazy preparing the products since we also have to made all the orders in the same time. Even though we didn't sell too many things, we learnt lots of things. We prepared pretty much lots of kanzashi, some bags and accessories.
Last but not least, with a help of a friend, we finally "expand" our market to Canberra, Australia. These are the photos of the products that we brought to Canberra.
And these are the photos of the stand at ANU Open Day 2013.
Uhhuuyy! We had fun doing bazaar and we're planning to do more. But at the same time, with my schedule with work, the amount of custom order and the lack of supporting staff, we are still struggling to fulfil all the demand for bazaar and reseller. However, we are trying our best to create and make more, including blog posts XD
Ciao!

Our next bazaar is in a university in Bandung, West Java. This time, we have more products to display. Unfortunately we don't have any documentation for this event. Do you see the "flower pot" on the left? We hang our flower on a tree branch and "plant" it in a flower pot.
