Step by step: Bendera Garland dari Cheater Quilt

Pengaruh Pandemi

Tutorial: Folded Two Compartment Pouch/clutch

Yo!

What happened? Two posts in a week? Yup, and we even have a tutorial post! This time we would like to share a tutorial for a folded-two compartment pouch. If you have made pouches before, this one is a very simple one. Just a twist from the usual pouch. This pouch actually only has one compartment, but since the zipper is in the middle, we can fold it into two and voila, now you have two compartments!

Tutorial: Double Zippers Pouch

Hello, it's Fili here :)

Mobile phone and digital camera are must-brought-items wherever I go.  It's easier to carry them when I use my double zippers pouch. The pouch has two part inside, side by side. Double zippers pouch is one of the most challenging items that I have made. Nonetheless, trying to make a double zippered pouch is fun! Especially when I managed to solve the mystery on how to make this pouch much easier and faster.

Without further ado, let's check the tutorial! And if you're interested, we have a pattern you can purchase in Here.

Tutorial: Milk Box to Pencil Case

Hellooowww,

It's been ages since the last time we made any tutorial. This time, we made a pretty basic DIY project that has been done for million times, but this time, we use scrap fabrics instead of paper or fabrics.

Before you ask, no, we are not paid by Greenfields. I'm just too lazy to censor the brand of the milk.

My desk in the office is pretty dull. Nothing colourful nor fancy on top of the desk. Then I thought, why not making something that's pretty useful yet looks... different? So I took this milk box from my office's trash bin, cleaned it, dried it, brought it back home. Combined with scrap fabrics that I had, voila! This is the result.

The "ingredients"
- used milk box
- scrap fabrics
- fusible interfacing
- glue
- scissor, ruler, cutter, the usual stuffs

Tutorial: Triangle pouch/pencil case + small giveaway! Yay!

Another tutorial! This must be a very productive for Fili&Lino.

Last year, a friend showed me a pencil case/pouch with a unique design. It's like a triangular pyramid but not.  So based on my vague memory, I recreated the pencil case. Voila, the result is an easy unique pouch that can be made in less than an hour! In case you need a last minute gift for a friend, this will do.

Tutorial: Easy Peasy Fabric Flower 1

It's only been three days since our last tutorial and we already made a new one! This time, it's for beginner crafters who never or have basic crafting experience: fabric flowers. You can turn these fabric flowers into anything that you want, from embellishing your clothes, head bands, bags, or even for scrapbooking and home decor.

Tutorial: Fabric Flower Headband from Scrap Fabrics

I was very inspired by a photo that I saw on Pinterest, it's a hand made card featured on my favorite card making website, twopeasinabucket. If you love card making (like I do), this website (and their youtube channel) is a must to visit!

So what I did exactly? I used some of my small sized scrap fabric to make a fabric flower headband. This headband is completely different from what I used to make. Since I suck at drawing, I designed it on my mind, tried it, and voila, a success (at least for me)!

Please bear in mind that:
1. I'm not a native English speaker
2. I only got 6 for my IELTS writing test

Thus, if you find any weird grammar or wording, please let me know.
Also, based on my research, Indonesian are known to be very loose about measurement, which now I realize it very much. So if this tutorial is lacking measurement, you know why.

Without further ado, here is our first tutorial!
